No one has answered the phone in the multiple times I’ve called. I was charged twice for a deposit that hasn’t been returned, so it’s held up in pending on my account. Just hoping to get a hold of someone to get it taken care of.

I was given the cost of $223 for four days. My car had to go in for service and I desperately needed a rental. The man told be me to put my credit card in the slot. $523 came up. I asked about this cost and he said there is a $200 deposit that will be returned when I return the car. He printed out the bill for $323. I called it to his attention.
