Took 2 hours to just to rent a truck
Quick in/out. Clerk friendly and efficient.
Bad service. I use online to book a reservation day before. However upon arriving no rentals available. This has happened multiple times. Staff said a "glitch". Happened 3 times.
Great experience and nice car. Very patient and attentive to customer needs.
