Moe and his team are smart, friendly, and great at their jobs. It's nice to be able to deal with these people directly instead of speaking to the nameless faceless phone void.
This location and they are very bad so if you want good service to waste your time this location, they are not good and they are not welcome for my bank for no reason so if you want to rent a car, I would recommend you to find different location
I had a very disappointing experience at Avis Rent a Car on February 12, 2026, at around 4:45 PM. The employee who assisted me treated me very poorly and showed no professionalism or respect. He pressured me to take the car without proper insurance and made me feel like I had no choice. He also charged me a high amount without offering any discount or trying to help in any way. Received a car that had the low fuel light and low tire pressure light on. The details of the agreement said that the tank was full. After finally reaching customer service, I was told that I should take a picture of the dashboard. Road side assistance told me that I need to take the car to another Avis 20 minutes away or they can tow it and I can make a new reservation. No option for them to bring me another car. I would have thought that the conditions of their cars were checked before handing them out. I recommend renting... read more
