Stank lady at the counter couldn’t even do me the decency of calling to say they have no vehicles available before I wasted money getting here. Avoid here, the stank lady at the counter has more interest in chit chatting endlessly with a coworker over a birthday party. Sent me off to a far location without even verifying if they had a vehicle in stock. Avoid this branch unless you enjoy wasting your time.

I do not recommend if you have a tight schedule. I came early for a reservation by mistake and was told there were only SUVs available until my actual reservation time. I asked to confirm whether the car I received would arrive on time and I was told "yeah we have returns" (this was plural). I returned THREE hours later only to be told the same thing about SUVs that I heard that morning. I gave up a VERY important appt for a car THEY WERE NOT GOING TO HAVE ANYWAY.
