I didnt like the way that i was treated. I gave them my drivers license from PR and she asked me for my passport as though i was a foreigner so i had to explain to her that PR belongs to the united states and that i don’t need a passport and she says that sometimes the drivers license doesn’t go through. So why didn’t the reservation email say to bring a passport? How do your customers know whether your machine is broken or not? Bad customer service and broken machines, a joke.
I made a reservation late last night. Did the Pay Now and was charged for the rental. Showed up and was told by the customer service staff that they didn’t have the car and that I reserved it too late. I understand it was a late reservation but other cars on the website showed they were ‘unavailable.’ So I thought my paid rental would be good to go. Stank lady at the counter couldn’t even do me the decency of calling to say they have no vehicles available before I wasted money getting here. Avoid here, the stank lady at the counter has more interest in chit chatting endlessly with a coworker over a birthday party. Sent me off to a far location without even verifying if they had a vehicle in stock. Avoid this branch unless you enjoy wasting your time.
