They have been patient and understanding with me easy to work with
Not sure if I would even give 1 star we where under the impression of having the rental for two days. We showed up 10-15 late because of traffic and one lady at the counter was very rude and told us that we were late I apologized she then proceeded to talk on the phone the entire time while processing the rental. We came back on Sunday day and they closed at 12. Outright cancelled my reservation the day before pick up after custom service forwarded me to their location for sufficient car inventory. No solution offered
Helped me get a car last minute, very nice customer service.
My experience at this location was absolutely phenomenal. Miss Yvonne was absolutely great very professional, sweet lady. She went the extra mile to find the car that I made for my reservation. It was not available at the time of my arrival and I did not mind waiting the extra time for it to be delivered because that's what me and my family actually needed. I would recommend the Ford expedition max to any family five or more and this location just for her service thank you. I will be back.
