So easy to pick up and drop off
Worst place to rent a car for a trip. I had the same story as many have shared below. I made a reservation two months ago. One hour before I was going to pick up, they called me saying there was no car, no any car, etc. No more business with Avis and Budget at this location forever.
10/10 must recommend please if you are ever going to rent a car from Avis come here
If I could give zero stars I would. Whoever Samantha is, she is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She should never be working with customers with that attitude. I prepaid $400 for a van a month ago. Im suppose to pick it up tomorrow, so I decided to call and confirm all was good with my reservation. She told me that they had no vans on property and may not even have any until later in the week.
