Do not rent a car from here! They canceled my reservation 3 times, but they charged me 3 times too! They canceled the reservation 10 hours before my flight! I booked it 1 month ago. When I called the office, they said they had a car, but when I went to pick up the car, they said they didn't have one. The staff was very helpful and flexible with accommodating our requirements.
Shawn ( Montgomery rd location) was the agent that helped us. She was sooo helpful. When we got there the car my daughter requested (7 seats) was ready and available; however, this did not leave her any room for all the luggage and stuff, which my daughter hadn’t thought of. Shawn leaped into action. She showed us a 12 seater van, then searched around and located an expedition which was perfect.
