The owner was very friendly and helpful. She was by herself with about 5 different groups to help before another staff had arrived. She asked the other woman to get our vehicle out of the garage and pull it around to the front. When she got out of the vehicle she went to the passenger side looking at the door that's when I saw a crease in the door and smell dents by the mirror. The fact that i was charged and then denied the car and was expected to wait 3-5 days for a refund in the mist of an emergency is crazy to me. These policies ain't shit and need changed. I now have a child stranded in a different state. Do the full check before people are charged
