Being an Avis Preferred member, my experience is almost always good. However, I am getting tired of having to take my rental in and getting the oil changed myself (3 times already!) because their mechanics don't check. Yes, they will refund me but it's very inconvenient and also not my job!
Laura was outstanding! She truly understands what it takes to provide tremendous customer service and deserves a raise!!!!
