Avis was difficult and the first 2 vehicles they tried to put me in had serious problems. A Chevy Suburban had bald tires. Ford Expedition had legit graffiti on the hood and key scratches. Other cars were dirty and high mileage. Will never rent from Avis again at RSW airport. Charged me $9.99/gal after I had already filled up the car before I brought it, not sure why. Have had good experiences with Enterprise so I will have to switch back. Don’t use Avis at RSW.

Our rental was 2025 model, and it was perfectly clean inside out, including windows. Inside the car also did not have any funny smells. I have been traveling a lot in the country and renting from Avis. I am impressed. Keep up the good job!
