My rental car experience didn’t start off so great, I reserved at the other location in town, and they called me 1 hour before I was supposed to pick up, and 1.5 hours before they closed and stated they didn’t have my reservation and I could call the other location in town to see if they did? Absolutely horrible customer service in every way.
