Ms. Kiara was the most amazing and helpful person ever. I just loved her spirit and patience. If I could I would give her a million dollar bonus for every year that she has worked for the company. I totally recommend her.

Hadn't rented in a year and the were courteous and explain the contract and went over the car with us.

Great staff! Gary and Quincy was so helpful and kind. They helped me find my lost bag that was left in my rental. My family and I was also initially given a dirty rental which Gary upgrades us to a new rental that was a better fit for our travels!

I am absolutely disappointed in the service that was done, and Im still going through an ongoing refund with Avis as a company. On July 3rd, I had rental scheduled with a prepayment that was done on June 23rd. On the day of pick up, they couldn't use my credit card or verify it for whatever reason. I was fine with that and had my friend do the rental instead, that same day I had to call to request the refund and Avis agreed to refund me after having to cancel my rental original on July 3rd and to wait 10 business days. Consistently one of the slowest rental car locations I have ever used, and it has been on multiple locations. There were 3 customers in front of me at the Fast break/Preferred window. It has been 15 minutes and they are still on #2 customer. The screen that shows what stall your car is in is broken. So bad.
