Yo, I gotta keep it 100 with y’all, this service is straight-up trash. First off, the so-called “manager” Carlos—dude’s supposedly in charge but acts like he doesn’t even care. Man’s got some seriously bad vibes and his attitude is whack. I rented a car and it was nasty as hell like, who even delivers cars that dirty? And get this, Carlos has the nerve to try and charge extra for a car wash, like he actually did something. I'm so very happy, I've been a Avis client for a long time but I must comment on my last experience. The branch manager Carlos was so helpful and friendly and his performance was outstanding. Very glad a went to his location 😁 thanks Carlos and Avis 🙏
Carlos, the manager at this Avis, gave me the worst rental experience I have ever had. They provided me with a broken car, and when I rented it on Friday, I was promised a replacement on Monday. However, when I returned on Monday, I was told there were no cars available and there wouldn’t be any. Carlos refused to help and showed no willingness to resolve the situation. This company is unreliable and dishonest. Avoid this Avis at all costs.
