I'm so very happy, I've been a Avis client for a long time but I must comment on my last experience. The branch manager Carlos was so helpful and friendly and his performance was outstanding. Very glad a went to his location 😁 thanks Carlos and Avis 🙏
Carlos, the manager at this Avis, gave me the worst rental experience I have ever had. They provided me with a broken car, and when I rented it on Friday, I was promised a replacement on Monday. However, when I returned on Monday, I was told there were no cars available and there wouldn’t be any. Carlos refused to help and showed no willingness to resolve the situation. This company is unreliable and dishonest. Avoid this Avis at all costs.

The Avis on 57th avenue is always super helpful and very kind. Mr. Carlos is AMAZING. Our school has worked with him for several years and he is always on point. In emergency cases, he comes through.
