Charged me a $250 cleaning fee. Won’t help me, told me to deal with corporate who doesn’t speak English. Charge was $175 for 1 day rental and now charging me $425, the additional money was not expected or ever talked to me about it.
I’ve used this location a couple of times and always have a great experience. They communicated with me prior to pickup time, and had the car ready to go. Anytime I need a car in Spokane I’ll definitely rent from here.

Rented a car there and they charged over $400.00 saying I smoked in the car I have never smoked it my life and go to the rental they can't help me here on a fixed income and they have to lie and say I smoked never have never will DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET, AVIS IN SPOKANE WA ON DIVISION THEY RIP U OFF
