No customer service The people that work at this rental place have no sence of customer service. I think this place has to have a training course for the people they hire, especially if the job requires to deal with people on a day to day basis. Walked in no one greeted me. I had to inisiate the conversation. Then when I finally got the car. They gave me the keys then told me it was outside to the left look for the license plate. I couldn't believe how rude they were. Canadian very impressed with servicet from Avis I have been visiting Phoenix for the past 3 years, but its only the last few months that I have had the pleasure of dealing with Avis at Bell Towne Plaza, specifically Dave and Vince. They treated me wonderfully, always getting me a car with a sunroof. But they outdid themselves with this last rental, it was fantastic, a red convertible!!
