huge shout out to Buddy and the on-site manager (didn’t catch his name) who were very helpful in getting a lost item back to me literally within minutes of coming up to the desk!
I had lost my denim jacket and filled out the Budget lost and found form. About 10 minutes later Darla called and said she had found my jacket and she would send it right out. She followed up with me several times to tell me the procedure and was cheerful and friendly when I spoke to her. She is a wonderful agent and very detail oriented. Worst reception service. The hispanic lady at the reception gave me a downgrade pretending that a Segment B SUV (mazda cx30) was the same size of a segment C (Rav4) . Also, she insisted that the toll service was 12usd total but didnt specify 'per day'. She was unable to explain how tolls work in California. She didnt mention anything about road assistance, fortunately i asked. Overall she seemed very annoyed by every question and very unsupportive. Avis should make audits of their employees, because they are ruining its name... read more
