DO NOT RENT…. I am telling you know just look elsewhere. This company is the biggest scam and will overcharge you for every little thing! I recently rented an electric vehicle, was not told about any additional charges for extensions upfront. I was in clear communication with Avis since I had the rental for extensions. I called in one day and to extend rental and was confused on why I had to immediately return rental and visit the counter for extension. Waited almost 2 hours in line to get our car. And when we did, it was needing something attention.
Possibly the WORST service yet! No further explanation needed! Read the other reviews before conducting business with this organization. Based on my experience, its all true.
