Trash company waste my time
Guy in the office was friendly however the car costs more than double what we booked for due to compulsory costs they don’t tell you about when booking. Also I was told I may not have a car. Randomly found a car but we paid for suv and were given a sedan. Also, 3 weeks later we are waiting for a refund of our deposit. Avis says they’ve done it by bank says they have not. Money is still in my card
Fraudulent way of doing business and worst customer service. They said that the insurance was mandatory but when receipt was given it said its optional called customer service, they said “can’t do anything about it.”
I wouldn’t book for pickup at this location ever again.
