I rented a Full-Size vehicle for a week to visit my 80 year old mother who lives out of town and paid more because the place was close. When I checked out they didn’t even mention there was a giant ding in the back and the car was dirty. Nothing looked like it has been cleaned and there was a used gum in the door handle.
