I rented a Full-Size vehicle for a week to visit my 80 year old mother who lives out of town and paid more because the place was close. When I checked out they didn’t even mention there was a giant ding in the back and the car was dirty. Nothing looked like it has been cleaned and there was a used gum in the door handle. When I got in the vehicle (even after raising the seat) it was such a low rider that I could barely see over the steering wheel and I knew I wouldn’t be able to get my mom easily in and out of the vehicle so... read more
