This location takes customer service to a whole new level. friendly & professional they are always accommodating. I will recommend this location to anyone.
Absolutely horrible experience at this agency. Car was shaky and un-drivable, returned the same day and was charged the whole day. Manager was extremely rude and unhelpful and called my wife a liar. Told us that his staff had reviewed it and nothing was wrong. Neil Remz is the manager there and is a total waste of space. Do your self a favor and rent somewhere, any where else than there. Not worth the time or the headaches this sad branch of budget offers.
On the 21st day of January two thousand and eight I received a phone call about 10:00 pm and was asked to send a taxi to Richmond Mall and when arriving they cancel the taxi, Enterprise Rent A Car promised payment and because the customer didn't get in the cab all they offer me was $10 for my trouble when I lost other business what kind of business do they run? Is this the kind rent a car place you want to do business with?
