Fast and easy rental process after a late night flight into Peoria. Completing the registration information online ahead of time made the process so fast that I nearly had car keys in hand before my luggage appeared. And the car was great, too new and comfortable!
After a terrible, horrible, insulting, miserable experience I did a little research. Avis and Budget, this location is a duel branded store, both have an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. Enterprise, just down the road have an "A" rating. I wish I knew this before, but now I do. DO NOT RENT from this Avis / Budget location. They will overcharge you and they will do it in a really smug way. They don't care if you are a long-term customer, like me. They just want your money.
very bad customer service here. i made a reservation for a 10 am car and got there at 9:50 am... nobody was working!!! Door was locked, lights were off.... I walked next door to Enterprise. Will never use Avis again after this experience!!

This company is terrible, the lady at the front desk has a major attitude, short lady with a lot of lipstick. They attempted to charge me for an extra day because the lady left early the previous day and lied to her supervisor about it. I've since disputed the charges with my credit card company and I've been refunded the full amount of $241. Their offices is a small shack looking type place off of E. Colonial that you can barely see. The vehicle had a flat tire as soon as I pulled off. The customer service here was terrible... read more
We needed a car ASAP good price, great owner, we got a new car very nice experience we will be using it again great location. Go check it out
I have rented from this location several times. The owner is great, and may new model cars to chose from. If you are on vacation or just need a car to get around town give this place a try.
Great friendly service. No waiting in line like I saw at the other rental counters.
These people were awesome! I had car trouble on the highway and was fortunate to stop at their business for assistance. They were professional, honest, and had fantastic customer service. On a scale from 1-10, I would have to rate them a 20... Thanks everyone! John M. Shirley Mass
