I’ve been renting from this location for 4 years. I rented a 12 passenger van for $170 (1 day). The vans condition was deplorable. Food on every seat, floors, mats... ceiling! Exterior was filthy and cover with bug splatter. Windshield wipers were useless. Glass hadn’t been cleaned, ever. Van was delivered with 1/4 tank of fuel. This location had only 1 large van, I had no choice but to accept the vehicle. I had to vacuum the seats and floor before I would allow my family inside. Absolutely terrible. They gave us the wrong car and we needed to use to for a long trip. Also did not give us a discount nor did they refer us to an alternate lot to get our car that we paid for up front. Will not be returning. The car they finally wound up giving us smells like smoke and is dirty.
Local franchise with reasonable choice of cars.
The first car I tried to rent gave me a reading of low oil pressure. The exchange car for this the driver's seat belt did not work.
