Very poor return experience at Avis SCE. There was nobody at the desk for about 15 minutes. When an employee finally appeared, he asked for the mileage, which nobody had told me I needed to memorize at pick up. The entire interaction had no greeting, no customer service. A simple car return should not feel this unpleasant.

beware I rented a car for a one-way rental ended up not going to the different airport location, which led me to drop it off at the airport, I picked it up at .They still charged me for the one-way rental fee. They charged more for the security deposit if you prepaid which is weird .I got charged two underage driving fees for one day and a refueling fee of 15.98, even though I barely drove the car. Had a great experience with Avis! The vehicle was clean, and ready on time with no issues. Customer service was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make everything smooth from pickup to return. Definitely one of the better rental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend and would rent here again!
