Had a great experience with Avis! The vehicle was clean, and ready on time with no issues. Customer service was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make everything smooth from pickup to return. Definitely one of the better rental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend and would rent here again!
Do not rent from Any Avis/Budget. They will hold your deposit refund hostage with lame excuses. Basically they try voluntarily NOT to refund. You have been warned.Zero stars.
I drove a rental car from Washington Dulles to State College and was charged for 743 miles for the trip, which would have been impossible in the four hours that I had the car. The staff at this location did not fix the mileage misreporting even after I returned, claiming that they could not alter the odometer reading for the vehicle, and online support has not followed up after their initial acknowledgement of my email a month and a half ago.
