In short: Clean Car, professional service, clear explanation of fees and optional services, and wonderful hospitality and diligence. I was able to pick up my small SUV rental that I already ordered and paid for online. After the cordial and efficient pickup, my car was in clean and good condition. I had a reservation and even called ahead to ensure there was availability. Avis assured me there would be a car. I then arrived and was told there were no cars available. Terrible!

Bismarck Avis- Airport- I was charged fees that I didn't want or sign up for. The gal working at the desk said they needed hard copies of paperwork even though I prepaid for my rental. I asked if I was signing for additional fees, and she said not to worry about it and that I was fine... they just needed the hard copy paperwork. LIES. I was charged over $100 dollars, spoke with the manager who said they would take off some of the charges that I didn't sign up for, and they didn't.
