No issues and was given a brand new car.
I had a reservation and even called ahead to ensure there was availability. Avis assured me there would be a car. I then arrived and was told there were no cars available. Terrible!
Bismarck Avis- Airport- I was charged fees that I didn't want or sign up for. The gal working at the desk said they needed hard copies of paperwork even though I prepaid for my rental. I asked if I was signing for additional fees, and she said not to worry about it and that I was fine... they just needed the hard copy paperwork. LIES. I was charged over $100 dollars, spoke with the manager who said they would take off some of the charges that I didn't sign up for, and they didn't. When I went to write this review, I had to laugh when reading the post from Marissa A. We had a reserved a one way rental from Bismark to Rapid City. To be picked up Sept 16, 2025 (just after Marissa's experience). We had reserved a Camry or similar car. When we got to the airport, they talked us into taking a Jeep Wrangler! Several hours after we left the airport, on a road with 80 mph speed limit, we found that the windshield wipers were IN HORRIBLE SHAPE. The drivers side was pretty much worthless.
