I did have a little mix up where the address and pin sent me. The service and staff was on point, tho... it was pretty quick and easy.
Renters beware... Hertz & Enterprise opens at 10am but Avis opens at 12am. Talked to the manager at 10:30 and mentioned I was a preferred member why wouldn't the rental be ready like all other Avis's. This is Bismarck...we do things differently. No matter if it's in the main airport. SMH. Never again
Riley at the BIS airport location was hands down the best!!! After flight cancellations and having to fly into an airport 5hrs from home I made a reservation with a different company only to be called last minute and told there were actually no cars. I called another company and was told the same so now I’m stressed thinking I’m going to be stranded away from home late at night. New car, clean, & easy process. Strict on check in and check out times. Only there for a day and an hour, but rate changed based on when I got in. Charged extra for bringing it back, manager explained it well so no qualms.
Avis at the airport is always my first choice when I am in town. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
