Horrible location. They take your reservation, take your money, and then tell you they have no cars. Not they they do not have a car in the rental class you reserved...NO CARS AT ALL. Avis with no rental cars. What a joke. "Jay" could care less. Offered ZERO solutions or alternatives...only stated that we "have no cars tomorrow either". He could not even cancel or refund...just pass you off to the "800" number where you have to sit on hold and wait 10 days to get your money back. The personal and friendly approach of the staff at this car rental company will relieve you of all the stress associated with renting a car. One thing is legislation and another thing is the human factor. You can always negotiate and solve any situation. I am very happy that such a business exists in my area.
Forgot the guy’s name who helped us get our car on August 5 at 11:30am, but great service! Very friendly and helpful without any fuss we were in and out fast. Mazda cx50 was a tiny bit dirty but it didn’t really matter, it was a nice smooth ride)
This location specifically had extremely helpful staff that helped us fix an issue with our car from another location. The remedy for our issue was quick and seamless thanks to the help of the amazing staff. I definitely recommend this location specifically for a car rental!
