Forgot the guy’s name who helped us get our car on August 5 at 11:30am, but great service! Very friendly and helpful without any fuss we were in and out fast. Mazda cx50 was a tiny bit dirty but it didn’t really matter, it was a nice smooth ride)
This location specifically had extremely helpful staff that helped us fix an issue with our car from another location. The remedy for our issue was quick and seamless thanks to the help of the amazing staff. I definitely recommend this location specifically for a car rental!
As a follow up all they said was sorry sometimes these things happen. Not even a how can we make things right. “Sometimes, even when booking well in advance there are several circumstances that could cause inventory issues (vehicles being extended, not returned on time or as agreed, returned to different location, and or breakdowns).”
Crystal Lake, IL Avis front desk employees are the most IMPOLITE, RUDE car rental we have ever encountered. We repeatedly call, got someone in the phone, and regardless of what time or what day, they all are acting the same way. rude, disrespectful , arrogant, i.polite, not the people you would want to deal with.
