The rental process was perfect, smooth and very fast (under 5 minutes). The staff were all very polite and accomdating (even gave a complimentary upgrade). I would completely recommend using this location
I needed a car for Uber and had been to 5 Avis's to be told they hadn't had any cars for months. (in an annoyed expression)This location had cars ! The best part was Ginger! She was so pleasent and informative, not like the other locations. It proved to me that there are still great customer service individuals that really care about their jobs and their customers. Thank you Ginger! You are great and keep up the excellent customer service!
Ginger Ginger Ginger She was there when I rented the car, and she was there. When I returned the car. My arriving flight was delayed. Was able to call and let her know I was going to be 2 hours late. Super helpful, kind and accommodating and was the same way when I returned to the car
