Dan at the Fort Myers Avis made our rental experience so easy. He was kind, professional, and went above and beyond by helping me and my children with all of our bags. Traveling with kids can be stressful, and his willingness to help made a huge difference. Excellent customer service and we really appreciated his kindness and would gladly rent from this location again!

Kim is one of the most professional and thorough managers at the RSW airport location. Not only is she empathetic, she is personable and intelligent. Another location ruined our reservation but she was very understanding and made sure our family were taking care of.
