Flying to Fort Myers 100 people in front of me in line at avis. No one in line at national. Go to National.
Nice but the car was dirty. Had to go straight to the car wash. Otherwise great.
Unfortunately no zero stars - within just a month Avis have lost two cars that I have returned in two different airports, leading me to spend hours on the phone sorting it out when I returned home. If I ever rent with them again the I will for sure take a photo handing the car keys to the Avis agent as proof
I needed a car for the holidays last minute after family arrangements fell through. Katie was great and got me on the road fast with no issues at all.
Never will I or my family use Avis again for work or pleasure due to the way our rental was handled. We reserved a convertible online for our vacation and after arriving at the Edison Mall Avis location I was told the vehicle wasn't available because of a recall to the back windows and that they had tried to reach me by the number on my Avis account.
