Never will I or my family use Avis again for work or pleasure due to the way our rental was handled. We reserved a convertible online for our vacation and after arriving at the Edison Mall Avis location I was told the vehicle wasn't available because of a recall to the back windows and that they had tried to reach me by the number on my Avis account. Horrible place, the lady was very rude she didn’t even look at us to tell us we didn’t have car. We showed her the emails with the confirmation number from 3 days prior and she insisted that we made the reservation that same day. She was nasty. Never again
I have nothing but great things to say about this location! The service has been amazing — both Katie and Ace have been wonderful to work with. My car has been in the shop for 6 weeks, and with an 8-week-old baby, this has been such a stressful time while trying to juggle school drop-offs and doctors’ appointments for my preemie.
