I agree with the comments about Katie, blonde racist lady who will try and make it impossible to complete the rental process. You’re in the wrong side of town, Katie! Not to mention she mentioned the car having a “2 cylinder” which is a lie and remotely non existent, gave me a cross over when my reservation was for a sedan
Dan at the Fort Myers Avis made our rental experience so easy. He was kind, professional, and went above and beyond by helping me and my children with all of our bags. Traveling with kids can be stressful, and his willingness to help made a huge difference. Excellent customer service and we really appreciated his kindness and would gladly rent from this location again!
Super nice employees! Very helpful & accommodating! I've used Avis for years, for both business and pleasure travel & Avis Car Rental at The Edison Mall is why I keep coming back!
As a frequent renter, I highly recommend this location! Katie makes your experience seemless and always has great staff to serve as an extension of her superb level of service. Thanks for making me feel valued and appreciated.
