Y'all need to fix that whole $9.99 for gas out of the 300 deposit if you return empty cuz the car i had from you guys only took me $30 to fill up the tank and y'all want to take more than $100 out of my deposit when y'all didn't need that much!
Avis... or should I say “Abyss” of customer service? This location seems to be operating with one very busy human and zero spare hands—which leaves little time for things like cleaning the cars… or blinking. The vehicle we got still had sunflower seeds in it. Either the last renter was a squirrel or someone skipped snack cleanup duty. Here’s the kicker: if you return the car without giving it a spa day yourself, they’ll charge you a cleaning fee that rivals the cost of a luxury detail—$450! I have rented several times from this location… Raul and his staff do their best to accommodate my needs… I don’t always get the exact car I want but I always get a reliable vehicle… I have taken most of them on out of town trips and have never had any issues… I recommend this location for sure!
We reserved a car here which we planned to drive long distance for two weeks. This was soon after the Easter holiday. The desk agent began to process our paperwork for the rental, when we asked which car we would be getting. She then said none of the cars were clean. Many also needed servicing, yet she still tried to rent us a car. One car had no back license plate (it was in the trunk). It also had no spare tire.
