Was running late. Called and return car a couple hour late got charged for whole extra day and a late fee. Lady at counter was so rude. If possible don’t rent here.
I have rented a car first time from Avis and after return they charged $400 extra because blaming smoked in the car which I didn't. I travel every month for work to different states first time booked a car from Avis and robbed me.... I strongly recommend don't book from Avis in Rapid City SD Airport.
Got stranded in Deadwood...booked online reservation with another company, confirmed and charged my card. Got call in morning they had no cars and would not be able to look on line to try and help. Called budget and they were able to find me a vehicle one way to Chicago. They even waived one way fee and gave me a great deal. Staff at check in was so accommodation as I told them of my predicament. They could not have been nicer or more helpful and Branch manager personally authorized a healthy discount Thanks for saving me
