I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Avis location. Staff were rude and dismissive, and I felt I was treated in a discriminatory manner based on my race. When I referenced customer service policies, staff showed no interest in addressing the issue or holding to Avis's stated standards. On top of that, the way charges and fees were handled felt dishonest — more like a scam than a legitimate rental transaction. I would strongly caution other travelers, especially people of color, before renting from this location.
They do not clean the cars or fill up the tank before giving to next customer. They gave us a dirty car with 32 miles left in the tank. Use someone else.
