They do not clean the cars or fill up the tank before giving to next customer. They gave us a dirty car with 32 miles left in the tank. Use someone else.

Was running late. Called and return car a couple hour late got charged for whole extra day and a late fee. Lady at counter was so rude. If possible don’t rent here.
I have rented a car first time from Avis and after return they charged $400 extra because blaming smoked in the car which I didn't. I travel every month for work to different states first time booked a car from Avis and robbed me.... I strongly recommend don't book from Avis in Rapid City SD Airport.
