Rented a tesla model 3 thru Priceline. Location immediately called me with the excuses about how THAT particular car has to come from EWR Newark & they probably cant get it in. Im like no I dont want a gas burner duh! So agents like well "if we can get it in fine, if not whatever". I gave specific instructions on the day of the rental to call me at 10 am, they call me at 8 am soon as they open! So they eff'd up my sleep to tell me they could get the model 3 in at 4pm for my 12pm scheduled time. I guess theyre getting 2 stars... read more
I called to review all of the rental requirements and after a several minute conversation, the man confirmed that I would be able to use a VISA SECURED CC, but turned me down upon arrival. Not mention I drove quite a ways as it was the closest Avis to me. NEVER AGAIN. A waste of my time and breath. ENTERPRISE ALL THE WAY!!!
What a great experience with James. Polite, patient and understanding. I will definitely be going back for a rental on our next trip.
