I had a great experience with this Avis location. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the rental process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. They answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service throughout the rental. I really appreciate their support and would definitely rent from this location again. Highly recommended!
I can't say enough about what a nice, helpful, awesome guy Mike is. I picked up a car at O'Hare and had a problem with it showing that it was overheating on I-90. Avis customer service sent me to him so I could swap for a different car. He didn't have one to swap for the one I had, but he called over to the Jiffy Lube a block away and then sent me there to have the coolant filled (it was nearly empty). He helped me solve a problem on a rental that wasn't even his. He just wanted to make sure I was in good shape with my car. ... read more
