Walked there at 640, arrived at 7, waited till 715, called a Lyft and was at enterprise by 730
Received a car that wasn’t even fully clean. Then upon return got charged for a cleaning fee for “sand” in the car due to a “policy change”. I’ve been using Avis for years at so many locations across the country and this is the first time it happened. Very unhappy about the service and dishonesty.
I am prefered Avis customer for more than 10 years renting cars all the time from different locations . Renting car from this location is always smooth and pleasure experince. Mike and his staff are awesome and always welcoming with big smile and provide neat and clean cars. This is location timeing are excellent and keys droff off option is cherry on the top. I highly recommend this location for your next car rental. Sharma
