I am giving only one star because there is no way to contact anyone at THIS LOCATION. No one picks up the direct number, it just forwards to the 800 number. I have filled out the lost and found report online regarding an item I forgot in the rental car. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch someone with NO RESPONSE! Very frustrated! UPDATE…I emailed as instructed and I have still gotten NO WHERE. Most likely I am communicating with robots that are repeating the same thing over and over. GOOD BYE AVIS

Reserved a luxury vehicle on September 8th 2025. When I arrived, they informed me that they don't have any luxury vehicles available and they placed me in an SUV instead. (Website lists "Genesis or something similar") When I picked up the vehicle, the gas mileage on the dash said 370 miles until empty. When I returned it, it was at 375 miles.
