Worst customer service for this branch. I have used Avis multiple times and this is the worst customer service ever. The optional charges were forcefully added to the receipt. The car was not even cleaned. When told I don't want any optional services, they told me then go to another car rental. Also charged for fuel even though I had filled the tank completely. Worst people on the counters.

Terrible service. Had a reservation at 10am but they don’t open until 10am. Foreign employee didn’t open the doors until 10:25am. I was not greeted at all. Told him I was unhappy with the tardiness, he told me “that’s a you problem.” Claimed it wasn’t his issue because it was “above my pay grade.” Didn’t have the vehicle I reserved. Complete disaster. No accountability taken.

Came here to pick up a rental, it was the nastiest car I have ever seen, and it stank. Cancelled it immediately!

I get my Uber vehicle from here and they are very efficient and quick unlike some of the other offices around charlotte. Ms Elsey is awesome and very helpful. 10/10
