The man who gave me the car was very rude. He took two other customers before me. I was waiting there for 20+ minutes. The staff when I went to return the cars were nice.

Terrible customer service. They will give you a car that is filthy inside not cleaned what so ever. They don't even do a walk around with you and expect you to tell them everything about the car. The cars are not maintained at all. Tires were not balanced, wiper blades needed replaced a long time ago. No jack in the trunk so if you get a flat tire you're not fixing it at all. And they would not do anything for you can't even get into another car. But still expect you to pay full price for a car that's in bad shape.

I always book a premium category and never get it at this location. Have to always pick car here and exchange at airport location. Most cars are either smoked and maintenance service required. Poor selection of cars.

Didn’t have a car available for booking. Referred me to the airport or “try” to come back at 1pm. One word answers and dismissive attitude with “we’re only a franchise” as an excuse.
