A terrible experience from top to bottom, from their customer service on the phone to their customer service in person. No care in the world. I was told the car I reserved was there for me and it wasn't, no one tried to solve the issue nor make it right, instead one side blamed the other and vice-versa like children. Just unprofessional to the core, it was disgusting.
Reserved a van for a family road trip. Got the first Pacifica. Over 50k miles and not cleaned very well. I got it on the road and it had a wheel shimmy so I took it back and got a different Pacifica. 35k miles this time but looking pretty tired. Got it home and realized the right rear seatbelt had been cut clean through. Called customer service two hours ago and still have not heard back.

rude and condescending staff. Won't even explain rates or answer questions without attitude or not giving an answer at all.
