I get my Uber vehicle from here and they are very efficient and quick unlike some of the other offices around charlotte. Ms Elsey is awesome and very helpful. 10/10
I frequently rent cars from Avis Carolina Place Mall through my job and Lora is always a great help. Truly appreciate your customer service.
After making reservations weeks in advance, staff was told hours before my arrival that the car I requested was too damaged to drive. Very inconvenient without alerting the fact that didn't carry any gas vehicles whatsoever, although it's advertised online. Warning: although customer service may accept it, for whatever reason, this location DOES NOT accept chime (credit/ debit) or any other online banking platform as forms of payment. It would be helpful to be alerted these issues in advance.
They are amazing! Very good service and ready for help us. Specifically the manager she is very nicely qualified. She is very helpful. Their car is really good and nice condition. Thank you for all your support
