Absolutely unacceptable experience – avoid here at all costs I had made a reservation several weeks in advance, yet when I arrived on the day of my rental, I was told there were no available cars. Instead of offering any kind of solution or apology, I was simply turned away. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and claimed they had contacted me in advance, which was simply not true. I received no email, no phone call, nothing. Had a great experience at Avis! Abdul was super friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the car, and had me on the road in no time. The car was clean, ran great, and the pickup and return were hassle-free. Definitely recommend this location and Abdul if you’re renting here!
They tell us to be there at 530 and no one is there bullshit place
