Couldn't find location customer service q was no help. Then they also tried to charge me extra due to the fact that I was late and had to switch locations. Very very poor customer service would not recommend
Almost a week later I still haven’t got my money back. I was double charged. I was put in a small rental when I pre-paid for full. i also spent an hour with customer service over the phone cause the manager won’t call you to resolve it. I’m sure he can fix it but the agent told he can’t. I also told them I prepaid for the rental when they charged me at pick up and i was told it’ll fall off when I return car.
