So i booked a trip months ago to go to Disney Land and thought the pick up time for the car was 12. I didnt realized that was when they closed on sundays. When i got to Avis they were closed and i started to panic, this would have a significant impact on my trip. I called the phone number off of google and was transfered to Singh who worked there. Horrible services, the person in charge was very rude and lack of empathy, we made a reservation a week ago, we received the confirmation and a week later we received a call from this individual informing that there is no car and no options, 100% I’m not going to back to this place and I report him to central Avis complains department. if you need rent a car don’t waste your time here just make a call to enterprise or hertz either can Offer you much better experience with wonderful front desk humans.
