I always use Enterprise when I rent a vehicle. I thought I'd try Avis even though I despise Budget (they're together now) because it's closer to my home. Not only did they not have my reservation for a full size car. They only had an SUV available. It was storming all the way to my destination. Since SUV's are top heavy. terrible! i was double billed and its been a real hassle dealing with avis. I reported it as fraud to try to resolve it. super slow
