Set pickup time at 12pm no knowing they close at exactly they time. I arrived early at least but then couldn't pick up a car due to having a foreign debit card. No mention of this online when filling out my payment information ahead of time.
Got billed for damage that I didn’t cause on a recent rental. In Avis’s defense they cleared it up quickly after I sent over proof that it was there when I picked it up, but they lost me as a customer
This Avis location is a godsend! Both Sonia and Singh were very helpful, kind and great to work with.
