Crystal was very helpful got me in and out quickly
Was told by customer service we could go to any Avis to swap out a horribly smokey vehicle. We went to the location closest to us and he refused to help us. He said all his fleet was rented, which according to customer service (who checked his inventory and said there were vehicles available) was not the case. Very cold and unable to come up with solutions to our problem. We will not be using Avis again 1) they rented us a Smokey vehicle in the first place, and 2) they were not focused on helping a customer at all just becau... read more
