Bruno, at West Palm Beach Airport was a tremendous help to me and save me some money on fuel. I’m very grateful to him and Avis. Thank you….
Nikki, at the Avis counter, was excellent. Expedia made a reservation for me with Fox rental cars but when we arrived Fox did not have a rental car for me. Without a reservation, Nikki looked at her limited inventory and was still able to get me a rental car at a very reasonable price. She saved the day. She was very pleasant, sympathetic and accommodating. She made me an Avis customer for future rentals.
Sadi was very helpful and professional!
Charlie was very helpful and nice
Thank you to Manager Carlos for this help today!
