I had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend this Avis branch!! We rented a car from PDX and realized it had a nail in the tire causing the tire pressure monitoring system to alert us. We were lucky to be near this branch and when we explained our situation, Zara and Hassan immediately helped us get into a new car of similar size within 10 minutes. I cannot say enough how wonderful my experience was renting with them. From the ease of scheduling to pick up to changing my rental period. When I got there to check in the man at the front was so kind and definitely knew what he was doing. The car was in great shape and very clean. I had to extend my rental for a few days and they were very accommodating. So pleased with their service. I will definitely be renting from them again!

I will NEVER rent a car here ever again! They decided not to charge my account until after I returned it, which put my bank account thousands dollars in the hole! I thought they already charged me and so I ended up spending the rental money on part of my trip without releasing it. They also charged me for cleaning, gas, and insurance when we had already cleaned it, already filled it back up with gas and I already had my own insurance! Very unprofessional and robbed me of my money!
They went above and beyond to help us get our rental. Super kind and knowledgeable, I will definitely use their services in the future. 10/10 recommend!!!
