Regret reserving from this location, gentlemen heavy body just wasted time and lied about system issues. He took too long to get to the counter while eating
Renter BEWARE. Location will erroneously try to charge you for "Damage" or cleaning fees MONTHS after your drop off your rental. If you do rent from this location make sure to take a ton of pictures to back up the condition of rental upon return and insist that the employees walk the vehicle with you. I spent 2 hours cleaning a minivan rental to make sure to avoid these charges and still they tried to hit me with an additional 900.00 fee. Shame on this company to allow people to reserve a vehicle when none are available! I highly suggest avoiding this place!!!
I didn’t rent the car but road in it when we returned it- they seemed helpful. Glad I researched that there ARE Avis locations other than the airport.
