I didn’t rent the car but road in it when we returned it- they seemed helpful. Glad I researched that there ARE Avis locations other than the airport.

I will never rent here again. The lady is very rude, dismissive, and condescending....not friendly at all! She apeaks as if she is above the customers, and has a bad attitude towards customer concerns. They apparently never have the vehicles reserved.
Absolutely the rudest people of any car rental place I’ve been too. Crap attitudes and I’m listening to them talk crap about customers in front of other customers
