Be prepared to wait... And wait.. slow, unprepared and frustrating
1.5 hour wait for a vehicle. The workers are hustling turning over cars, but still took a very long time. The outrageous fees and taxes accompanying a rental car is already crazy, but the wait out in the parking lot on top a little too much. Originally told it would be 20 mins. Then pretty much told it will be here when it gets here.

Terrible. Gave me a car with expired insurance and in need of an oil change after just 50 miles of driving.
I was mislead to rent a car and that I could drop off at another city by first renting and then calling to change drop off destination in another city. The cost $725 more or drive back to the original place as I was told it would only be $35. It was a verbal agreement with an agent somewhere in the world. But now all they say that I don’t have any written agreement…
