Worst experience ever, the agent was rude. She kept kept turning the computer screen around where another customer was standing to show that I had a freeze on my credit. I told them that my car was prepaid, the agent and the supervisor refused to view my voucher. I booked through USAA, would not be returning. I had to go to Hertz to rebook. No options were provided or solutions. Luckily there was 3 vehicles left at Hertz.

Made reservation over phone with New Zealand guy. Showed up to rental location with confirmation number and told they had no cars. The store lady said she would transfer my res. to the airport (20 min drive away). Got to airport, told the res. had NOT been transferred, told the price was now double ($200 to $400). Called customer support to get res transferred, was transferred but the Indian customer service rep put the WRONG destination address. This location has repeatedly charged me incorrectly for fuel, stating that I didn’t fill up before dropping off. The first time I didn’t think to take a photo of the receipt, so they did not refund me. This time I remembered to capture proof so I can get refunded. Beware of the bald headed guy that checks your car in, he was the one that fraudulently charged me for fuel today and possibly has done it in the past. Would not recommend renting from this location.
