I have had friendly and positive experiences at the St. Charles, IL Avis location. The rates are comparable and competitive with other local national rental agencies. I have been renting from this location every week for over two years, and I will continue to go here. Baker is extremely thoughtful, and I appreciate his professional communication. I've rented almost every type of vehicle from here without any issues. Great place!
TERRIBLE EXPERI3NCE!!! Rented a Suburban size vehicle. My daughter's wedding weekend so I needed a larger vehicle to transport people and stuff all weekend. Showed up at time of rental to be told vehicle would be a couple hours late coming from the airport. Five hours later, still no Suburban. Quite honestly I dont think it was ever coming. I had no choice but to take a smaller vehicle and deal with it since it was prepaid and I needed something. They still charged me for the Suburban, and no apologies.
