This has to be the worst rental car location in all of Memphis. The front desk associate, who claims to be the owner, is the most incompetent human being I've ever met. Pay a little extra and go to enterprise.
I've been dealing with this location for many years, even under the old owner. The new owners are great, especially the young lady. She's always upbeat and friendly. They work with you on the prices.
