Great service, friendly staff, very easy to deal with.
Very friendly service
I did not like the customer service. He was not understanding and inconsiderate. I had to ask all the questions in order to figure out what my options was to even rent the vehicle. It was like he had an attitude when I was asking him questions like I was bothering him. He was rude and not a gentleman with no manners. Then the vehicle we got was not cleaned on outside or vacuumed and wiped down on the inside. Great pick up and drop off experience. This location was friendly and efficient. This is a relief, as my experience at other rental companies have been awful. Thank you Avis!!
