If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and they’re liars. They said that they called me to inform me that they didn’t have any vehicles but they NEVER called.
This has to be the worst rental car location in all of Memphis. The front desk associate, who claims to be the owner, is the most incompetent human being I've ever met. Pay a little extra and go to enterprise.
