Always very professional
Do NOT use this Avis location. Reserved a vehicle in advance for a family trip and had a deadline to get to our location. Showed up and they did not have any cars available. Offered a pick-up truck for our family of 4. Did not provide a solution. We had to find a car at Hertz last minute.
