Avis is the worst rental car company I have ever worked with. I rented a car from Avis at the end of December. The windshield was cracked when we picked it up. It was a small crack down on the lower passenger side of the windshield. We took a picture, with the date and timestamp. We didn't think anything about it when we returned the car because it was not obvious. We received a "bill" from Avis regarding the cracked windshield. Run from this location as if you were being attacked by a rabid dog! I thought they were a friendly location. I rented a dirty vehicle, the smell had me driving with all windows down to be able to breathe and i had to stop and but window cleaner to clean the smears off the windshield from them. Returned it early and cleaner than when I got it. I had washed the windows and taken it to the car wash. Paid for it thought everything was good and now my lights are being shut off because they just took another 250.00 out of my acco... read more
The ladies here were SUPER helpful and really saved my life, when Enterprise failed me. I will ABSOLUTELY return, if I ever needed to rent a vehicle in the future. Absolute joys to deal with and the vehicle was super nice and roomy. I highly recommend them.
The staff here is so accommodating and understanding. I can't speak to any fees like others have mentioned as I've always had great service here from the staff. Thank you!!
Avis on 156th st is my go to rental place, the staff is the best and always goes above and beyond to help get you out the door! Angelic never disappoints!
