Nobody here when I arrived, difficult to reach customer service and so instead of leaving at 9am from Ralston I had to hire a Lyft to take me to 154th center location and it’s now 10:20am. Vehicle
What a wonderful experience. Angilina was incredible. We had a car go down and our call to Avis sent us here but not the car. She made up a returned one and served other clients while being polite and kind. A breath of fresh air in today’s world. Highly recommend
Angelina a as very kind and saved us after we got an unsafe vehicle from a different location! She did this for us even with the concern of limited inventory. We appreciate her empathy and kindness.
Angelina was extremely helpful and got me in and out in under five minutes so I could begin my journey! The rental drove great and got almost 41 MPG! I was really impressed with how little I had to refuel! Highly recommended!
