got a rental car from Avis. rented it that evening. the next morning was having problems with the car. they told me to take it to the nearest Avis I didn't want another rental car. avis took $900 off my credit card when I asked to be reimbursed because the car broke down. they gave me the runaround and did not pay me back. didn't even have the car 24 hours do you feel like Avis owes me a lot of money cuz I do. If I knew the car was raining for $900 a day, Avis wouldn't have never got my business

I agree with Nate Peterson. We rented a van, which John stated he didn't clean and it was not on a full tank of gas. I brought the van back and they said we had dogs in this van, which we did not. We had 11 people and a baby. 3 people with asthma. I would NEVER go thru Avis again. This was also a company outing, why in the heck would we do this under company name. The staff was very unprofessional !!

DONT USE THIS LOCATION!!! They commit fraud clearly. Charged us 300$ cleaning fee for white dog hair. We do not have a white haired dog? Clearly fraud. The pictures they sent were of a different vehicle. They lie and cannot help any way and the staff at this location is garbage and refuse to answer the phone while we are trying to fix the issue. We called national line as well.

5 stars for the lady working there (didn’t catch the name, sorry). Clean and new car, good rental and return experience.
