There was a problem with the Avis car I rented from another location. That location refused to provide any solution to this problem. A call to corporate Avis also did not provide any help. But Helen at the Trenton Airport location was BRILLIANT! She was able to secure another car rapidly and was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this office and all my Avis rentals will be out of Trenton airport. Thank you, Helen!
Car started smoking after 3 days of having it. I also believe there is somebody homeless sleeping inside the trailer thing that Avis uses as a business building due to the fact the guy was there in the same exact spot for 2 days with 100 bags on him when I had to come back the next day to extend my rental. the cashier also left an entire group of us waiting with nobody else inside the building because she had to drive somebody to the airport risking the entire operation.

Hello readers. So upon my arrival at the Trenton airport when we scheduled our rent a car from Avis trying to get to Avis was a trip itself. We waited over an hour for a shuttle to pick us up. As we arrived at Avis the customer service was so horrible, they did not speak English they speak Russian. They were so rude and it was talking amongst themselves in their language (Russian) it was so very unprofessional and disrespectful.
