Ms. Deanna is so awesome and helpful. Hands done good person. They also will overcharge you and charge your card without saying which card you would like to charge even if you have two cards on file. The older lady can be kind of rude and nasty she like mumble the word stupid like nobody can hear here. Avis customer service needs to some retraining no matter how long you work for the company. They rent you cars that haven't been cleaned out yet smell like straight marijuana and stains on seat. They need a drop off box. That'... read more

The local office was fine, nice lady in the office. The car I was given reeked of cigarettes and weed, was a quart low on oil when I checked it at the house, and literally 9,000 miles over for an oil change according to the sticker in the corner of the windshield. I had to wash all the windows inside and out when I got it home, exterior body was very dirty as well.
