Overpriced! Will charge you a cleaning fee a week later even though you returned it clean! Scammers and crooks!
Great place to rent vehicles.
We needed a last minute car rental at JFK airport. There were several car rental places, however the first couple we went to did not have any cars available. We tried our luck at Avis and not only did they have a vehicle available, we were in and out within 10 minutes!!! Amazing!!! We also needed a toddler car seat, which wasn’t an issue and lastly they accommodated our drop off location in Dover, Delaware. The car had stains here and there but was clean and ran good. Booked a rental for today at 9am, pickup was for 12pm. I get there and they are closed until Monday. Why in the world would they allow me to book and be closed? Very unprofessional and the representative who I spoke to was also incompetent.
