I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. My rental reservation was canceled at the last minute with little to no notice, leaving me scrambling to make other arrangements. What made the situation even more frustrating was that i was offered a vehicle in which i knew wouldn't suit the amount of people in traveling with. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. TRIED PAYING MY TOLLS BUT WAS CHARGED MORE THAN DOUBLE. CALLED ETOLLS AS AVIS RECOMMENDED. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAS HUNG UP ON TWICE AND THE AGENT WAS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. WOULDN'T SUGGEST YOU RENT FROM AVIS.
Warning please do not go here. I will never use Avis or this place again. I rented an electric car and had an issue with it where it wouldn’t run so I took all of the steps to take care of the car and get it back to them. The tow truck came to pick it up and did their part as well and would you know that Avis’s communication isn’t great at all between businesses that they tried to say they didn’t receive the car at first and so I gave them the tow company’s number and then they found out that tow truck driver delivered. we reserved a car online to be picked up at the Loews Arlington Hotel...went down to their Avis desk at the hotel, and they told us to go to the reception and get the car! OMG! The front desk proceeds to tell us they do not have our car! we had to order Uber to drive us to an Avis lot miles away! NEVER dealing with Avis again! Get your act together!

Racismo no quisieron tomar mi pago con ninguna de las dos Tarjetas diferentes bancos que yo tenía teniendo suficiente dinero.
