Car was half cleaned. Windows were dirty. Seatbelt on passenger side did not work. Car had an odor as if someone had been smoking in the car
Avis only has one person working the counter and she is struggling. Management needs to staff better and train employees before putting them on their own. Absurd to wait 30 minutes for 5 people who all seemed to have reservations. Clearly operational issues at this location, leadership should address it.
Unreal SLOW line with only one person behind the counter on Memorial Day weekend. The girl behind the counter appears to be on a call with someone else to help walk her through the steps to get folks checked in. How could you leave a single person who clearly hasn’t completed training by themselves on one of the busiest travel weekends of the year? Every single other rental car company is getting people in and out quickly. If Avis’ cancellation policy wasn’t so absurd, I’d have jumped ship over 30 mins ago
