Friendly staff, clean cars, will rent here again!
Prepaid for a rental, get to the counter and get declined. Been 2 weeks now (10 business days) and still no refund like they told me I would get. So from my viewpoint avis is being a thief!
Friendly staff. I wish they had better signage to tell you to go to the car area when the airport stations are closed for the day.
I reserved a car in advance, but when I arrived, I was told there were no vehicles available. No prior notice, no solution offered. just left stranded at the airport. By that time, it was too late to find another rental, as everywhere else was booked. I ended up having to call a friend who drove two hours to come get me.
