Absolutely wonderful customer service with agent Samantha. My husband is disabled and not able to fit in most vehicles comfortably. I reserved a sedan and when we got there they did not have any in the lot. She offered an SUV and we said we would go see if it was a good 'fit'.... it was not. When I returned to the desk, she had another customer and acknowledged me with nod. Apparently these people want their customers to play games and gamble on their reservations. If you don’t have a credit card, they want you to pass a credit check (which they won’t let you do before the actual reservation time), and if you don’t pass you don’t get a rental. Don’t play games with these people, just go with Enterprise, they’ve never done this to me.

Had a flight that was cancelled and went to the counter to see if I could get a car. Was quoted $200 more than what was online then when I told agent the price she said she wouldn’t offer for online rate. Be sure to never be stranded at the airport and if you are make a reservation before going to rental counter because the agent will take advantage of the situation and charge you more. The process is efficient and the cars are good, but sometimes we get one that smells like they've covered up smoke with febreze.
