Junk location. Why is there no after hours drop box?
Russ, who works at Avis was awesome to deal with. I was in a rush when I was picking up my vehicle. He was super accommodating, very quick and knowledgeable, and when I returned the vehicle, he’s very understanding and accommodating. Working with Russ was one of the easiest stress-free car rental experience iPad, and I will definitely utilize this location in the future
One person at the desk, took forever to get the car as they still had to clean it. The owner should spring for a second person to help.
Russ provided excellent customer service! Would recommend and use this business in the future.
The guy at the desk was easy to work with and very friendly. I got my rental and it was clean and ready to go. Returning the vehicle was also an easy process. The place isn’t busy at all. Pleased with the experience overall.
