I booked a "pay now" rental online before coming in. Before completing my check out I called to verify that I wasn't going to have a problem with staying within my $500 credit limit on that card. I was assured over the phone that I wouldn't have to pay anything additional once I got to the store. I booked the rental. I arrived at the store less than an hour later to find out that Victor on the phone was incorrect and that now I either had to pay an additional $250 for a deposit or be without a vehichle and the $350 that I ha... read more
