Never had an issue with this place until yesterday. My husband called and reserved a car and pre paid in advance. He forgot his card at home to pay for the other part. And now they are refusing to relay that into renting another car and we are unable to get our $700 back. Its ridiculous for a family going through hard times and this greedy company decides to steal from us.
Exterior was dirty and interior windshield needed a wipe down too. Come on guys. Front desk help was good though
The people that work here are very nice and helpful.
