Absolutely unacceptable. We booked and prepaid for a specific car three months in advance, only to be given an inferior vehicle at the last minute. On top of that, the car was delivered late, wasting even more of our time. What’s the point of booking and paying in advance if you don’t honor reservations? Terrible service, terrible organization, and zero respect for your customers. Avoid this company.

Rented a full size car and needed a car seat for my toddler. When I arrived there were no full size cars, so I assumed I would get a larger car as it normally works. But apparently if I wanted a larger car I would have to pay extra, so I was downgraded to a compact. Which was really tight with just 1 stroller and 1 suitcase. Then the car seat. I would not recommend this location. I received a vehicle which overwhelming smelled of Marijuana. The staff was very rude when I brought it to their attention. The Supervisor or Manager wasn't receptive to my concerns as a Non smoker. I would never rent from that location again. Sadly, the remedy was another vehicle with the same issue.
