Very easy and quick
Terrible customer service - especially the young kid with the afro. Makes me dread coming here, going to Nanuet across the bridge moving forward.
Unreliable car rental, and poor customer service. Rented a car here specifically asking for a car seat in the booking, and called twice to verify that there would be a car seat. We were told that if we had booked one, it would be there and upon arrival there was no car seat, nor could they tell us if any other Avis locations had one. This has left us in the lurch unable to drive anywhere safely with our infant.
