Will not be using this Avis location again. I was unexpectedly charged a $250 “miscellaneous fee” for alleged pet hair in the vehicle upon return. This was especially frustrating because no animals were ever inside the car. While we do own a dog, I’m extremely conscientious about keeping hair off our belongings. I regularly use a lint roller and make sure our travel bags and clothing are clean. The process was super easy, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the vehicle we needed! Best experience we’ve had with avis so far! All of our family goes to this one!
