Typical Avis shit service and never any cars available
Very slow
Justin did so great, love him!!
Was told no vehicles were available at 11:50PM on Sep 9 except a 15 passenger van, and that the 15 passenger van was an upgrade. After talking with the lady at the desk got put into a lower EV class then what I had booked and still charged the rate for my original higher vehicle class. Original booking class: Luxury Elite EV Long Range Vehicle Given: Honda Ioniq 5 with less then 30% charge
