Awful broken, dirty and smelly car supplied. Avis Preferred? I would prefer not to. Update: you now also charged my credit card for a prebooked voucher, great!! So now I have to deal with that mess! Thanks for nothing..

Both times we have rented here in the last year the windows have been so filthy we had to pull over to clean them at first gas station available. Wouldn't be a huge deal if the 2nd time the car itself was "washed" and the reason we had to wait but yet still filthy windshield. Both times the oil change light was on. Not a big deal if renting short term but when traveling states not something I feel you should have to worry with. This last time will be the last time we rent from here. Had a reservation to pick up a vehicle here. Got to the counter and was told they didn’t have any vehicles. Not even one? Are you kidding me? Your lot is full.

Fort smith airport avis location have the best staff. They are always friendly and make the whole rental process super easy and very fast. They get you in and out so quickly. They are honest too, probably the most thorough and honest staff out of any other location I've ever rented from. Two different times they noticed a discrepancy on my bill before I did. I was charged more than I should have been and they called me right away to let me know that they are taking care of the mistake and issuing me a new statement. I live t... read more

Ladies at the window were rude as can be. Canceled my reservation saying they ran out of cars when I was confirmed a day prior. Stated they called me (while on my flight) to tell me. Oh we tried to call. Now stuck without a car when they’re supposed to hold corp reservations.
