I had run into a issue when I arrived to get my rental, that was of NO fault of the rental place, however, Wanda at Avis was able to assist me in navigating through that issue and sent me on my way in a short time frame. I am really apprective of her willingness to help and fast thinking that saved me so much time and stress. Truly the best car renting experience for me. Thank you Wanda!

This is my second time booking through my company with Avis and both times service has been extremely poor at the Avis at XNA airport. As an Avis preferred plus member I am highly disappointed in Avis at this airport. Wait times to get a car have been super long even with a reservation. I will probably try to book with National next time as even with giving them a second chance still not happy with the level of service received.

I would give the location a good score but I have no way of contacting the location to ask a question. They have a local number but no actual way to contact them. This is something I hate about rental car companies. Not everything (especially things like lost and found or questions about a car) should work through a national number who has no access to facts. So location good, Avis not good.

I end up taking the car to the car wash myself every time. I have never received a clean rental. Otherwise front desk service and vehicle reliability etc.. have been fine. Wish they would improve cleaning.
