rented a car july 3 and they held my 200.00 and wont return it. told me 7-10 days today is the 23 july and nothing. sitting on hold right now AGAIN!!!!! DONT USE THEM EVER!!!!
They'll rent ANY car to you with a debit card, they don't care unlike the other locations. They'll even accept prepaid cards like chime.
If you want to get ripped off, rent a car from Avis. Vicky in customer service should have given me the option to refuel the car myself at $2.59 per gallon instead of forcing me to pay $9.99 per gallon through them. It's common sense to choose the $2.59 option. When I informed Vicky that I planned to fill up the tank myself, she was very rude and told me it was too late. She should have handled the situation differently. As a result, I was charged $173.83 for gas.
This location attempted to charge me for $30 in gas, which is strange considering the woman at the counter marked that the gas was full after I showed her the picture I took of the milage & full gas tank I had taken moments before stepping out of the car. Really sketchy considering someone had to go back in and update the receipt to add the gas charge after the fact.
