reserved rental for electric vehicle. when i arrived, proceeded to give me a gas car. “we don’t do electric cars here. didn’t my manager reach out to you?”. no offer was made to try to find one near by. told them to bag it, i’d do without. requested receipt to show that credit card wouldn’t be charged. was handed paper showing no charges. two days later, there’s a $50 charge on my cc. avis corporate said they refunded i, and supposedly sent me an email saying so (still haven’t received. am i going to have to call again?) jus... read more

RED FLAG ALERT‼️‼️ I rented an suv was supposed to be Toyota Rav for a week, they gave me another vehicle instead, they charged me a deposit which was normal but these people at the end charged me way more than what they were suppose to charge, they never gave me the credit back, on top of that they withdrew a fee for Tolls from my credit card now they are charging me another fee of $60 extra these people are thief’s I will never rent from them again $458.00 plus $22 when in all reality it was suppose to be $297, I called an... read more

😡Don't rent here, thieves, over charged. Do not want to put back $250.00 deposit.Even washed the car before returning . The unlimited $22.00 easy pass, now trying to add another charge $60.00. - Run, Don't think about it.
